Letter of complaint concerning merinos blanket
I believe that people who pay for something have every right to expect that it is going to be a product that meets their expectations. Do you agree with my opinion in this particular case? Think about yourself. When you buy something that you always wanted to have you always check whether the quality of this particular product is good and whether it is worth the amount of money that they expect you to pay for it. Otherwise it wouldn^t make sense. That is my point of view as far as buying products or services is concerned and I am not going to change it. That is why I have been a little bit worried by the fact that we have received a letter of complaint concerning our merinos blanket last week. I have always been trying to make sure that our products are of high quality so that people feel that they have paid for something that was worth it. The person who has sent this letter of complaint told us that the package was damaged. In my opinion it is the fault of the company responsible for the delivery of this merinos blanket. I will contact them at first before I settle this case with our customer. I think that this is the best solution in this particular case. Am I right?
